1 General Introduction & Acceptance

7r7 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "7r7") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operating at https://7r7.pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 7r7 and every registered or unregistered user ("you" or "Member") of the Platform.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service on the 7r7 website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Although these Terms are published in Bengali, the English version shall prevail for purposes of legal interpretation. 7r7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time.

2 Account Registration and Membership

To access all services on 7r7, you are required to create a personal account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.

7r7 reserves the right to reject any application or investigate any account. It is the user's responsibility to complete the account verification process.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the 7r7 Platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

In addition, 7r7 may only be used if the following conditions are met:

• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a court order prohibiting you from gaming.
• You are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and legally entitled to spend your own funds.
• Immediate family members of 7r7 employees are not permitted to use the Platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

7r7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In any bonus-related dispute, 7r7's decision shall be final.

6 Gaming Policy and Fairness

All games on 7r7 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• No one can alter game outcomes — neither 7r7 nor the player has any control over results.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is transparently published in the game information section.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final, though technical issues will be reviewed.
• Betting limits cannot be exceeded. The system enforces limits automatically.

7 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the 7r7 Platform. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in "bonus hunting".
• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Attempting to carry out cyberattacks, hacking, or any malware intrusion on the platform.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Registering with a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

7r7 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• For any breach of the terms and conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to cooperate.
• In cases of suspicious gaming or payment activity.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

If a valid balance exists, withdrawal may still be possible after account closure, subject to completion of any ongoing investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

7r7 accepts no liability for the following:

• Games or bets affected by loss of internet connection or issues with the user's own device.
• When transactions are delayed or fail due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Account information compromised due to the player's own negligence.
• Personal financial losses arising from gaming.

7r7's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances. 7r7 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

10 Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7r7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the Platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms are governed by international gaming laws and the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
• Any disputes will first be addressed through 7r7's support team.
• If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, it will be settled through independent arbitration.
• Members retain the right to lodge a complaint with the licensing authority.
